Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Note: Business days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Starting from Rs. 199 (may vary based on weight and location)
Orders above a certain amount (e.g., Rs. 3,000) may qualify for FREE delivery – if we run a free shipping offer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and holidays).
You will receive confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
We use reliable courier companies such as Leopard, TCS, or PostEx.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.
Please ensure your mobile number is reachable so the courier can contact you on delivery.

Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delivery may be delayed due to:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier strikes
Incorrect or incomplete address

We will notify you in case of any major delay.
