Refund policy

At Shopeo.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You submit the return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of use.

  • Items that were damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless damaged or wrong item received).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue details.

  2. Provide photo or video evidence of the issue (required for approval).

  3. Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send it back.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue:

    • Exchange (same item or different item of equal value) OR

    • Refund (if applicable), usually via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 12–45 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
